- Primary focus on job costing: monitor, track, and validate project expenses to ensure accuracy and profitability
- Support daily project oversight including status monitoring, audits, and work-in-progress tracking
- Review and validate job site documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with team members to ensure complete and accurate financial and project documentation from start to finish
- Assist with interdepartmental coordination and provide administrative support as needed
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of finance, customer service, or office-related experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and related financial/administrative applications
